2 - Deluxe sea & valley views

Our Deluxe Retreat offers up to 5 people their own private, fully self contained contemporary apartment to make even the longest Kangaroo Island holiday relaxing and economical.

Although a little smaller in floor space (mainly in kitchen and dining) than the Penthouse Apartment above, much of the features of Deluxe Apartment 2 are the same.

Two separate bedrooms, offer much flexibility including facilities for disabled / mobility challenged guests. The bathroom and kitchen is equipped for people in wheelchairs also.

This private  pet friendly retreat is set well up above our quiet township to capture the stunning sea and valley views. Overlooking American River, you will enjoy the surrounding natural bushland setting at its most glorious, with floor to ceiling glass windows and doors from the lounge and main bedroom .. what a way to wake up!

Relax outside on the deck barbecue area as you soak in the views of the sea, hills in this natural bushland setting.

Full kitchen facilities allow guests to prepare any meals, with full oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and utensils at your disposal! Fantastic for families managing a tight budget.

6 Star energy rated sited perfectly to the sun so it's cosy and warm in winter yet cool and refreshing in the summer.

Reverse cycle airconditioning ensures any extreme days (hot or cold) are comfortable, but we rarely find our guests need to use it, particularly with thanks to the double glazed windows and great cross ventilation airflow.

Natural sunlight warming the floorboards during winter and shade and breezes from the surrounding trees and bushland during the summer keep the apartment at a very even and constant temperature.

Energy efficiency was a key design requirement for the Penthouse, so our Solar roof panels help power the full apartment including LED lighting. Coupled with our high efficiency on demand gas hot water, ceiling fans and maximum insulation, plus local fresh rain water supply captured from our rooftops - and we substantially reduce Sunrise on Falie's environment footprint.

Free off road car parking is available beside the unit, with gentle slope ramps giving direct access to the apartment for people with mobility issues or in wheelchairs.
