Our Horizon retreat offers up to 5 people their own private, fully self contained contemporary apartmentl.

With around 75m² of indoor living space plus an extra 50m² outdoor deck with a view, you've plenty of space to spread out, relax. 

Two separate bedrooms, offer much flexibility. The bathroom offers a bathtub and the kitchen has an amazing array of cookware to allow you to prepare the simplest to most complex of meals!

This private pet friendly retreat looks over the American River to capture the stunning sea and valley views. Enjoy the surrounding natural bushland setting, with floor to ceiling glass windows in the Lounge room looking straight out to American River.

Full kitchen facilities allow guests to prepare any meals, with full oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and utensils at your disposal! Fantastic for families managing a tight budget.

The apartment is 6 Star energy rated, plus sited perfectly to the sun so it is cosy and warm in winter, yet cool and refreshing in the summer.

Reverse cycle airconditioning ensures any extreme days (hot or cold) are comfortable, but we rarely find our guests need to use it.

Natural sunlight warming the floorboards during winter and shade and breezes from the surrounding trees and bushland during the summer keep the apartment at a very even and constant temperature.

ECO friendly ... our energy efficiency was a key design requirement, so our Solar roof panels help power the full apartment including LED lighting. Coupled with our high efficiency on demand gas hot water, ceiling fans and maximum insulation, plus local fresh rain water supply captured from our rooftops - and we substantially reduce Sunrise on Falie's environment footprint.

Free off road car parking is available beside the unit.
