The design of each Apartment allows the sun to stream through the windows in winter, heating the dark Jarrah wood floors, radiating warmth throughout the day and into the evening.

With ceiling fans running, this warmth spreads beautifully throughout the apartments, ensuring you should not need to run any airconditioning. Sit back and relax in the peace and tranquility surrounding you.

Reverse cycle airconditioning we find set to 23 degrees during the evening keeps the entire apartment toasty warm.

Yes we have electric blankets for those needing extra comfort and warmth.

SUMMER

The sun is high in the sky during summer, so although you will still love the sunrise views, the verandahs shade the glass doors and windows, helping to keep the apartments cooler.

Double glazed windows also assist to keep heat out, allowing the airconditioners to keep the apartments lovely and cool.
